MAIN DUTIES:
- Design and develop standard – compliant websites.
- Produce high quality code, easily maintainable, and reusable.
- Breakdown and merge HTML and CSS into custom content management system.
- Collaborate with program/project staff to ensure development meets changing needs of the program/project.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
- Degree holder in Computer Science or in related field.
- Minimum 2 years experience in web-based application programming and language, infrastructure and technologies (JavaScript, Flash, hand-written HTML, Cascading Style Sheets, Internet protocols, browsers, Email clients, Cross-Browser, Cross-platform, Wireframe, user flow diagramming).

OTHER REQUISITES:
- URLs of recent work.
- Detailed and quality oriented.
- Programming experience with web application development skills (ASP.NET, Perl & PHP, Flash and AJAX).
- Strong knowledge of Web production tools (Photoshop, ImageReady, SQL, Flash A Plus).
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work within a team.
- Ability to meet deadlines and to prioritise tasks.
