Define and implement the Group's communication policies and procedures for optimisation and cohesion as a Group;
Ensure flow of information to its stakeholders internally and externally;
Enhance the corporate image of the Company;
Promote and manage IBL as a brand;
Develop, promote and put in place the CSR strategy for the Group.
Deal with the media and ensure the public relations for the Group;
Be responsible for the corporate publications (annual report, IBL News, etc.);
Provide service and support to the Activity Sectors as a service provider.
Structure
The Senior Communication Manager reports to the COO of the Corporate Services and is responsible for all corporate communication, public relations and promotion of CSR programmes. She also advises all Activity Sectors on communication matters for the projection of a coherent group image. She is helped in her task by the Communication Manager.
