Finance Administrative Professional

IBL Group Finance Team is looking for a Finance Administrative Professional to join its rapidly evolving business environment. The Finance Administrative Professional will report to the Head of Finance and will provide general administrative support as well as assistance to the Group Finance Team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Day-to-day Accounting Operations

-Draft memos, notes of meetings and other documents such as   process blueprints, RFPs, etc.

-Prepare training materials, including presentations and interactive   videos.

-Coordinate with Human Capital team on staff related matters for   Group Finance, such as job descriptions, leaves management, etc.

-Support in management of Group Finance Sharepoint site.

-Coordinate training plan for Group Finance team.

-Assist in project management when required.

-Organise team events within Group Finance.

 

  • Support to Group Finance team

-Assist in coordination of year-end audit.-Provide support to the consolidation team and keep track of assigned tasks and timelines.

-Follow up with auditors and subsidiary finance teams for audit matters.

-Assist in preparation of financial reports.

-Any other cognate duties related to administration or finance.

  • Good communication skills in English and French.
  • Strong sense of ethics, with confidentiality being paramount.
  • Team player with flexibility in assisting colleagues and versatile in handling tasks.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • Degree holder in Administration;
  • Good grades in HSC with English and French;
  • At least 2 – 3 years in an enterprise reckoning experience in the tasks detailed;
  • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Tools (MS Excel, MS Word, MS Powerpoint, Sharepoint);
  • Knowledge in Canva software would be an advantage.
