Manser Saxon Contracting is a multi-discipline subcontracting company that provides a wide range of services, such as Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP) and Fitout solutions, to the building and allied industry. Based in Mauritius, with a branch in Dubai, Manser Saxon has been a key player in numerous contracts in these two areas as well as in the Maldives and Rodrigues.
In Mauritius, Manser Saxon has over 1600 employees and has been involved in many local, both private and public, development projects for almost 18 years. These include works for the local airport, for many of the top-range hotels and office towers, as well as buildings and plants for the manufacturing and agro sectors.
Since its incorporation in 1993 and after it joined IBL in 1997, Manser Saxon’s management team has continuously evaluated the various markets in which they operate in order to proactively adapt the company’s services to new market trends, while reinforcing existing ones. As such, Manser Saxon presently has ten divisions or associated companies offering different sub-contracting services. Since 2009, Manser Saxon is the majority shareholder in another Mauritian Interiors company, Fit-Out.

Manser Saxon’s Premises
The Mauritian divisions and subsidiary companies of Manser Saxon Contracting operate from an Industrial complex, in Riche-Terre, consisting of 12 000m2 of covered production and storage facilities. The industrial compound includes 800m2 of modern and functional office facilities. The operating structure allows optimization of the communication channels between the various divisions and departments. Manser Saxon also has a centralized warehouse of 2,180m2.
Manser Saxon Interiors operates a 6000m2 factory equipped with state of the art machinery.

Tornado operates a 1900m2 of sheet-metal factory, equipped with the latest IOWA Precision Full Fabriduct machinery, with the capacity to manufacture high quality ducting meeting the international standard “SMACNA”, for industrial and commercial use.
In Dubai, Manser Saxon Dubai operates from a 3900m2 modern factory situated in the Al Ghail industrial area.
