 Mission
|

| The mission of this Corporate Unit is to define and implement the group's human
resources and communication policies and procedures to ensure optimisation and cohesion as
a group, and to provide maximum service and support to the Activity Sectors as
a service provider.
|
|
Structure
|
|
| HR Managers and Officers are located in the Activity Sectors with hierarchical responsibilities to the Chief Operating Officers. They however have a functional responsibility to the General Manager - Human Resources located at the Head Office. The Head Office also houses the group's Training Manager, Health & Safety Manager and Communication Manager, who operates across all Activity Sectors. |

Training
|
|
| The Corporate Unit manages a Training Centre duly registered with the Mauritius Qualifications Authority. All training courses are organized by this central service. |
|
Communication
|
|
| The Corporate Unit is responsible for the production of all corporate publications, the organisation of groups events and the management of IBL's image generally.
