| The mission of this Corporate Unit is to define and implement the group's human resources policies and procedures to ensure optimisation and cohesion as a Group, and to provide maximum service and support to the Activity Sectors as a service provider. |
| HR Managers and Officers are located in the Activity Sectors with hierarchical responsibilities to the Chief Operating Officers. They however have a functional responsibility to the General Manager - Human Resources located at the Head Office. The Head Office also houses the Group's Training & Development Manager and Safety & Health Manager, who operate across all Activity Sectors. |
