Service Department technicians are thoroughly trained using the latest diagnosis equipment,
tools and techniques. Workshop, transport and tooling facilities are all dedicated to fast and efficient troubleshooting and repair procedures, with an average of 30,000 man-hours sold per year. The department relies on an integrated software, the DCES (Dealer Channel Entry System), an information technology support system developed by Caterpillar® to manage service and parts on a day-to-day basis, thus ensuring an efficient service. The Service department has recently launched the "Hydraulic Cylinder Service" and a second servicing truck. |

The Service Information System is a PC-based library which offers instant access to
numerous Caterpillar® service information publications on DVD. These hi-tech tools are also
used by the Parts Department with a team of experienced staff. An average of 15,000 line items are monitored, with a total service percentage of 84% first fill at the counter. |
