In 1994 the Winner's chain of supermarkets, wholly-owned by IBL, opened its first stores in
Port Louis, the capital, and Chemin Grenier, in the south of the island.

Winner's is now the largest integrated chain of supermarkets in Mauritius, with 14 stores
strategically located in various parts of the island. The supermarkets are very modern, with
full scanning facilities, air-conditioning and the latest gondolas and refrigerated cabinets.

Winner's is the preferred supermarket of nearly 30% of the Mauritian households.

| Future Plans |

Ireland Blyth Limited has plans for 6 more supermarkets and projects to reach a total of 20 outlets within 5 years.
|
|
The sales amount to Rs 2 billion annually and are forecasted to reach above Rs 3 billion in 5 years.
