GML Investissement Ltée and Ireland Blyth Ltd amalgamate to become IBL Ltd.

IBL is listed on the Stock Exchange of Mauritius. It is also among the first 13 Mauritian companies to be listed on the Stock Exchange of Mauritius Sustainability Index.

Revenue from IBL companies totals MUR 37.1 billion. The group’s market capitalisation is the largest in Mauritius outside of the banking sector.
