Key Responsibilities
- Attract and engage walk-in clients to propose our wide range of insurance products, including car, home, health, and travel insurance.
- Provide exceptional customer service by understanding clients’ needs and recommending suitable insurance products.
- Utilize strategic and efficient approaches to consistently meet and surpass sales targets
- Follow all procedures and processes meticulously to maintain high standards of service and compliance.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our insurance products and industry trends.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum Higher School Certificate or equivalent.
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the insurance sector.
Other Prerequisites
- Strong customer-centric approach with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Ability to work smartly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Keen attention to detail to ensure compliance with all procedures and regulations.
- Basic knowledge of insurance products is an advantage.
- Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays.
