Beauty and Wellness Advisor

HealthActiv is currently looking for a passionate Beauty and Wellness Advisor who will be responsible to provide beauty and wellness advice to customers and ensure an excellent level of service.
Key Responsibilities
- Consultations: To conduct consultations and provide personalised recommendations to customers regarding skin care, hair care, make-up, and wellness products and services.
- Product Knowledge and Trends: To keep abreast of the latest trends, products and techniques in the beauty and wellness industry.
- Customer Relationship: To build and maintain strong customer relationships through a high level of service.
- Marketing: To assist in the implementation of promotional campaigns and participate in events.
- Reporting: To submit regular reports and feedback to the Management to improve decision making.
- Team Collaboration: To work in close collaboration with relevant teams to implement product and promotional strategies.
Qualifications & Experience
- HSC or any equivalent qualification.
- Proven experience in sales and/or beauty counselling will be an advantage.
Other Requisites
- Excellent customer service and sales skills.
- Knowledge of beauty trends, skincare products, cosmetics and wellness products.
- Ability to provide professional counselling to customers.
- Proficiency in both oral and written English and French.
- Strong presentation skills.
