Commercial Executive

HealthActiv is looking for a dynamic Commercial Executive who will be responsible for leading a sales team, implementing the Business Unit’s strategy and ensuring that the operations operate efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement sales strategies to ensure revenue growth in line with the company’s overall objectives.
  • Business Partnership: Establish and maintain fruitful and positive relationships with stakeholders (internal and external).
  • Sales Operations: Adapt to the market trends and optimise the sales processes to ensure efficiency.
  • Inventory and Debt Management: Ensure customers’ service level agreements are adhered to and respected.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare, analyse and submit reports to the management to maintain and improve sales strategies.
  • Customer Relationship: Maintain a customer-centric approach by regularly seeking to improve service levels. Develop long-term relationships and business plans for client retention and for prospects.
  • Leadership: Inspire, motivate and support the team to achieve individual and collective goals.
  • Team Management: Onboard, train and coach team members to promote operational excellence.
  • Service Excellence: Manage, monitor and continuously strive to improve the service level provided.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Degree or Diploma in Sales and/or Marketing.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in the industry.

  • Creative spirit and ability to work in a team.
  • Holder of a valid driving license.
