Customer Care Operator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Care Operator to be the first point of contact and provide administrative and organization support to our team on a Contractual Basis for a period of approximately 9 months.

The Customer Care Operator will report to the Human Capital Corporate Manager. The position is called to facilitate smooth daily operations in our office by managing incoming calls, greeting visitors, and providing administrative support as needed.

The incumbent will have the following duties and responsibilities include but not limited to:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Warmly welcome visitors, clients, and team members, ensuring a professional and friendly atmosphere.
  • Manage a multi-line phone system, answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate person or department.
  • Take accurate messages and relay them to the appropriate individuals in a timely manner.
  • Manage and maintain the conference rooms schedule.
  • Provide general administrative support the Human Capital department.
  • Maintain a visitor log, ensuring that all visitors sign in and out properly.
  • Monitor and ensure security protocol are followed, including providing access to visitors
  • Ensure that the reception area is clean and organized at all times.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • High School certificate or equivalent
  • At least 1 year pf experience in receptionist or administrative role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using office software, including MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and maintain a high level of professionalism under pressure.
  • Polite and professional telephone etiquette.
  • Customer service-oriented and the ability to create a welcoming environment.
