Blychem Ltd, a company in the sales of Hygiene chemicals, Water treatment solutions, Irrigation supplies, Agro Chemical Products and Swimming Pool treatment is looking for a dynamic and self-motivated individual to join its existing team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Planning and organizing production schedules
- Assessing production and resource requirements-based order priority.
- Ensuring that health and safety regulations are met.
- Determining quality control standards.
- Overseeing production processes.
- Renegotiating timescales or schedules as necessary.
- Supervising production staff.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- HSC with good grades in English & French.
- At least 2-3 years’ working experience in a similar industry.
- Proficient in MS office applications.
OTHER PREREQUISITES
- A team player with good communication and Interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
- Being a self-starter and self-motivated is critical.
- Not allergic to chemicals.
