Sales Admin

As a sales admin, the candidate will provide support to the medical equipment and devices sales team, contribute to the smooth running of sales operations, and ensure a positive experience for customers throughout the sales process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service: Assist customers with inquiries, provide product information and gather any missing information.
  • Order Processing: Manage the order process, such as receiving and processing purchase orders, verifying customer information and issuing sales transactions invoices.
  • Sales Support: Support the sales team in various tasks, such as preparing sales quotes, coordinating deliveries and assisting with debtor management.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team members, as well as other departments within the organisation, to ensure effective communication and coordination of sales activities.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative duties to support sales operations, such as maintaining and updating sales and customer records.

Qualifications & Experience

  • HSC, or a diploma in Sales or Marketing.
  • At least 1 year of experience in Sales Administration or Marketing in the pharmaceutical industry will be an advantage.

Other Requisites

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Strong organisational skills.
  • Experience with industry software such as Enterprise Resource Planning system.
  • Basic understanding of sales principles and records.
  • Ability to adapt to change.
