Supply Chain Assistant

HealthActiv is currently looking for a Supply Chain Assistant who will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Supply Chain team in order to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • System: Accurately input and maintain records related to shipments, inventory levels and supplier information in the ERP system.
  • Purchase Orders: Assist in processing purchase orders and ensure proper follow-up.
  • Logistics Management: Help schedule shipments and coordinate the transportation of goods.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards, as well as internal SOPs.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments within the organisation to ensure alignment of supply chain activities and smooth communication.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum HSC or Diploma in one of the following fields: Logistics, Transportation, Supply Chain Management or Business Administration.
  • At least 1 year of experience in Logistics or Supply Chain Management (in the medical or pharmaceutical field would be a distinct advantage).

Other Requisites

  • Basic understanding of an ERP system and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Highly organised and efficient in time management.
  • Ability to work independently without close supervision.
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Analytical skills.
