IBL Energy, a company in the management, advisory and export of Energy solutions in Mauritius and Africa is looking for an Energy Analyst.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Process & Reconcile AR & AP
- Ensure payments are done within the time frame.
- Maintain updated suppliers’ files, contract and licenses.
- Perform necessary reconciliation and maintain updated accounting schedules.
- Prepare audit file and attend to Internal and External Auditors’ Queries.
- Prepare monthly/quarterly and annual statutory fillings.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Minimum ACCA Level 1 & ACCA Level 2 ongoing or Equivalent Qualification.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
OTHER PREREQUISITES
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to deal with difficult and delicate situations professionally and tactfully.
- Well organized and structured, able to prioritize and deal with multitasking.
- Ability to work in team and high level of integrity.
