HealthActiv is presently looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant who will act as the backbone of the daily operations, providing support to our team members and ensuring the smooth running of the offices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Departmental Support: Provide assistance to various departments in terms of appointment scheduling, as well as assist with the organization of company events.
  • Reception: Attend incoming calls and welcome visitors on-site.
  • Customer Service: Ensure proper liaison with the relevant departments.
  • Purchasing Process: Issue Purchase Orders, Purchase Receipts and follow up on payments.
  • Office Supplies: Order and monitor the office supplies, such as stationeries and groceries among others.
  • Housekeeping: Plan and oversee the daily office housekeeping and liaise with external suppliers for any repairs.
  • Correspondence: Coordinate the daily dispatch of letters and manage incoming and outgoing correspondence.

Qualifications & Experience

  • HSC or any equivalent qualification.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
