Froid des Mascareignes Ltd is presently looking to recruit an Administrative Clerk who will be responsible to assist the accounts department and the store keeper in keeping updated financial reports, spare parts report and assist in achieving the company’s objectives.
Provide accounting and clerical assistance to the accounting department.
To give support to Coldroom and Operations for data entry and tally tasks.
Assist the storekeeper in keeping proper records of spare,accessories,materials,equipment,tools and machineries in FDM Stores.
Receive goods purchased by FDM and Transfroid and issue goods receive note (GRN) as per procedures and existing legislation.
Issues spare,accessories,materials,equipment,tools and machineries etc,as per procedures and when required to authorised personnel.
Carry out monthly physical inventory.
Assist the storekeeper in establishing a proper control on issuing of tools and machineries to FDM staff and ensure same are returned after use.
Assist the storekeeper in establishing a list of fast moving items and ensure that a minimum stock level is kept for this list.
Qualifications & Experience
Work experience would be an advantage.
Willing to work odd hours and on a shift system
Ability to work under pressure
Good organizational, problem solving skills,passionate,energic,team-player and honest
