Brand Executive

BrandActiv is  looking for  Brand Executive, who will be responsible for building, managing and growing defined portfolio of brands.

Main Duties

Reporting to the Regional Brand Manager, the job incumbent will be mainly required to:

  • Manage and develop the brand / product portfolio through thorough brand sales analysis and growth strategies across all distribution channels;
  • Implement appropriate marketing strategy that will sustain brand profitability;
  • Keep up to date with market trends and new developments and using the data for business improvement;
  • Ensure product availability at optimum price through proper negotiation with suppliers and securing the best procurement terms;
  • Be responsible for the stock management of all products within the brand portfolio;
  • Conduct regular product training for staff and business partners;
  • Submit consistent valuable activity and results reports as per request;
  • Gather market insights, plan and execute new product launches.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum a Degree in Marketing or any other related field
  • At least 3 years experience in Brand Management
  • Experience in FMCG sector will constitute an advantage

Other Requisites

  • Self-driven and autonomous with good negotiating and persuasive skills
  • Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Open to work on regional development
  • Holder of a valid car driving license
