HealthActiv is looking for a motivated and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join its growing team. In this key role, the incumbent will be responsible for identifying and evaluating strategic partnerships that will fuel the company’s continued success in the pharmaceutical industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Business Development: Develop and implement effective strategies to generate new leads and build solid relationship with potential partners.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify and assess new business opportunities.
  • Marketing Management: Actively participate in the development of marketing plans and prepare compelling presentations and proposals to showcase the value proposition.
  • Business Performance Monitoring: Monitor product and client performance, prepare detailed reports and establish corrective measures.
  • People Management: Manage and monitor the performance of subordinates. Provide leadership, guidance and counselling to the team, while ensuring that the targeted results are reached.
  • Financial Management: Control the marketing budget by identifying and managing campaign and marketing costs.
  • Service Excellence: Manage, monitor and continuously strive to improve the service delivery.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Degree holder in Sales/ Marketing or Business Management, or any other equivalent.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Business Analysis, Sales & Marketing.
  • Sound understanding of international trade principles, including customs regulations, incoterms and logistics, would be a plus.
  • Strong organizational, negotiation, communication and presentation skills.
  • Strategic thinker with excellent analytical and leadership skills.
  • Results-oriented with the ability to maintain a high level of service excellence.
