Claims Motor Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess motor insurance claims for coverage and liability.
  • Coordinate with policyholders, repair shops, and adjusters.
  • Review claim documents (e.g., reports, estimates) for accuracy.
  • Assess whether claims are receivable based on policy conditions.
  • Provide clear communication and updates to customers.
  • Manage claim payments and reporting.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum Higher School Certificate or equivalent.
  • Certificate/Diploma in Insurance will be an advantage.
  • At least 1 year of experience in the insurance field.

Other Prerequisites

  • Good interpersonal, communication and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team.
  • Be conversant with MS Office Tools.
  • Ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines.
  • Good written and oral skills in English and French.
