Claims Support Assistant

Key Responsibilities

  • Process and manage emails and documents.
  • Attend to basic client inquiries and handle incoming phone calls.
  • Process transactions in the operating system, including claims registration and closure, payments, and reserve modifications.
  • Provide regular statistics, and information.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum Higher School Certificate or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of experience in the insurance field.

Other Prerequisites

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team.
  • Be conversant with MS Office Tools.
  • Ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines.
  • Good written and oral skills in English and French.
