Key Responsibilities

  • Attract and engage walk-in clients to propose our wide range of insurance products, including car, home, health, and travel insurance.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by understanding clients’ needs and recommending suitable insurance products.
  • Utilize strategic and efficient approaches to consistently meet and surpass sales targets
  • Follow all procedures and processes meticulously to maintain high standards of service and compliance.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our insurance products and industry trends.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum Higher School Certificate or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the insurance sector.

Other Prerequisites

  • Strong customer-centric approach with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Ability to work smartly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Keen attention to detail to ensure compliance with all procedures and regulations.
  • Basic knowledge of insurance products is an advantage.
  • Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays.
