Condition Monitoring Lead – Product Support

Scomat Ltee, a company in the sales and maintenance of Earth Moving Equipment, Power Systems, Trucks and Agricultural Equipment is looking for a dynamic and self-motivated individual to join its team as Condition Monitoring Lead – Product Support.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Act as the point of contact between customers and internal team on equipment condition.
Communicate all potential leads gathered from equipment alerts.
Develop and manage a strong relationship with customers for the installation of Product Link devices for equipment monitoring.
Track all maintenance & repair through online platform.
Monitor oil sampling and communicate to client and workshop for further actions.
Contribute to the development and implementation of Product support best practices.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering.
3-5 years’ working experience in a heavy equipment workshop.

OTHER PREREQUISITES

Good planning and coordinating skills.
A valid driving license.
Self-starter and ability to be multi tasked.
Must be available to work odd hours and meet tight deadlines.
A team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
