Customer Relations Representative

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet clients and visitors with a positive and helpful attitude.
  • Answer phone calls in a professional manner and redirect them as necessary.
  • Maintain the visitor’s registry and ensure all visitor procedures are adhered to.
  • Attend to specific administrative needs of customers (internal & external) and third parties promptly and accurately.
  • Ensure all queries and assistance requests are handled promptly and in accordance with established service standards.
  • Monitor and maintain a high standard of service delivery that meets or exceeds customer expectations.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum Higher School Certificate or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role.

Other Prerequisites

  • Be conversant with MS Office Tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and be multi-tasking.
  • Good written and oral skills in English and French.
  • Excellent interpersonal, administrative, and communication skills.
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to organize workloads and meet deadlines consistently.
