Data Analyst

Reporting to the Head of Strategy & Business Development, the job incumbent will be mainly required to:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acquire, clean, interpret and analyze complex data from primary or secondary data sources
  • Set up and maintain automated data processes
  • Identify, evaluate and implement tools/systems/frameworks to support data validation, cleansing & analysis
  • Track key performance indicators as per a predefined frequency and create concise and clear reports with data dashboards, graphs and visualisations
  • Perform exploratory data analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and insights
  • Proactively analyse data to identify trends and opportunities for growth and business transformation through analysis of complex datasets
  • Work with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and provide actionable insights.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Degree in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience
  • Prior experience in data analysis or a related field is preferred

Other Requisites:

  • Analytical mind and inclination for problem-solving
  • Ability to put together coherent reports with data dashboards
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
