Strategic Planning and Implementation

• Deliver impactful strategic plans improving data integration, data quality, and data delivery.
• Simplify the existing data architecture, delivering reusable services and cost-saving opportunities.
• Define and implement the long-term technology strategy and innovations roadmaps across analytics, data engineering, and data platforms.

Stakeholder Management

• Manage relationships with business stakeholders to secure strong engagement.
• Lead and coordinate Data & Analytics initiatives involving various business and IT stakeholders.
• Manage delivery and SLAs with vendors engaged in data & analytics initiatives across the Group.

Data Governance and Quality

• Lead and Promote Data Analytics Governance programme.
• Guide in defining/managing standards, guidelines, and processes to ensure data quality.

Technical Solutions and Innovations

• Work with IT teams, business analysts, and data teams to understand data consumers’ needs and develop solutions.
• Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies for data management, storage, and analytics.
• Select and implement database management systems that meet the organization’s needs.
• Design and implement processes for the ETL process from various sources into the organization’s data systems.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Information Technology, Statistics or similar.
• Proven experience of 2 years or more in a similar position.
• Experience with database technologies such as SQL, SQL Analysis and Reporting services, NoSQL, Oracle, Hadoop, or Teradata.
• Knowledge in ETL Frameworks and solutions (SSIS, Talend, Informatica, Azure Data Factory, AWS Glue or others.)
• Experience in data analysis, reporting, data architecture and data modelling.
• Knowledge of data visualization software like Power BI, Tableau or Qlik.
• Familiarity with cloud services and platforms such as Azure, AWS, GCP and data warehouse solutions such as Snowflake, Redshift and Databricks.
• Experience in leading and implementing BI initiatives with external partners as well as internal stakeholders.
