Export Officer

HealthActiv is looking for an experienced and passionate Export Officer who will be responsible for the coordination of all export activities, from the initial order to the final shipment.

Key Responsibilities

Export Operations: Facilitate and coordinate the end-to-end export process.
Quotations: Prepare quotations as per defined parameters and send final quotations to clients.
Order Processing: Initiate supplier order and follow up on delivery of goods in a timely manner.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with various internal departments to ensure smooth execution of export operations.
Customer Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding export-related inquiries and provide timely updates to clients on shipment status.
Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records of export transactions and documentation for auditing and compliance purposes. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment for export products.
Compliance: Keep abreast of international trade regulations and customs requirements, and ensure that all exports comply with local and international trade laws.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Logistics, or any related field.
At least 2 years of proven experience in export operations or logistics management.

Other Requisites

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in relevant software applications (e.g: ERP systems, Microsoft Office Suite, shipment tracking tools).
Attention to detail and exceptional organisational abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-moving environment and in close collaboration with employees at all levels.
