Key Responsibilities

Support patients with daily activities such as personal care and mobility.
Monitor vital signs and maintain accurate patient records.
Assist with domestic tasks, infection control, and patient safety.
Respond promptly to emergencies and changes in patient conditions.
Foster collaboration with the multidisciplinary team and provide exceptional communication.
Uphold high standards of professionalism and care.

Qualifications & Other prerequisites

Level 4 Certificate in HCA.
Proven experience in healthcare assistance, preferably in emergency or intensive care.
Knowledge of health and safety, infection control, and patient care methods.
Strong teamwork, empathy, and problem-solving abilities.
Flexible, organized, and committed to excellence in patient care.
Basic computer skills.
