KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Recruitment & selection processes

-Draft internal & external adverts, download CVs received from our system, screening of CVs, prepare recruitment dashboard, send mail and letters, prepare job description.

  • Employee Experience

-Assist the HC team in the administrative process of the employee life cycle.

-Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing team members’ requests and inquiries. Prepare all relevant letters/ documents/certificates as per the requirement of team members.

  • HRDC Refund Process

-Manage the refund process, submit required documents to HRDC, reconcile refunds, and handle any queries or outstanding claims.

  • Participants’ Enrolment

-Confirm enrolment approvals, coordinate with training institutions for enrolment, and handle related administrative tasks.

  • Accounts Payable & Receivable

-Collect and approve invoices, coordinate payments with the Department Accountant, and update payment records in prescribed timeframe.

  • Training Data

-Update training data, prepare and submit monthly training reports.

OTHER PREREQUISITES

  • Ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently and effectively.
  • High level of attention to detail in order to maintain accurate records.
  • Technology savvy.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities are required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for this role.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • Diploma degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience of 2 years or more in a similar position, preferably within a training or HR department.
