Embark on a new journey as a Human Capital Assistant, where your will be providing operational support and ensuring a state of the art employee experience to the Corporate Centre while living our core values.
With your keen eye for detail, compassionate approach, and administrative expert, you’ll collaborate with our Human Capital team to support various HC initiatives, training and development processes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
-Draft internal & external adverts, download CVs received from our system, screening of CVs, prepare recruitment dashboard, send mail and letters, prepare job description.
-Assist the HC team in the administrative process of the employee life cycle.
-Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing team members’ requests and inquiries. Prepare all relevant letters/ documents/certificates as per the requirement of team members.
-Manage the refund process, submit required documents to HRDC, reconcile refunds, and handle any queries or outstanding claims.
-Confirm enrolment approvals, coordinate with training institutions for enrolment, and handle related administrative tasks.
-Collect and approve invoices, coordinate payments with the Department Accountant, and update payment records in prescribed timeframe.
-Update training data, prepare and submit monthly training reports.
