Reporting to the Human Capital Manager, you will be mainly required to:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist in recruitment and selection processes, including CV screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication;
  • Support onboarding and orientation programs for new hires;
  • Maintain and update employee records in HR databases;
  • Assist in organizing training sessions and employee development programs;
  • Provide support in performance management processes and probation evaluations;
  • Participate in employee engagement initiatives and events.
  • Contribute to ad hoc HR projects and reporting.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES

  • A recent graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Prior internships in HR, recruitment, or administrative tasks are advantageous.

OTHER PREREQUISITES

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • A proactive, eager-to-learn attitude
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity.
  • Willingness to collaborate with colleagues across departments.
