Blychem Ltd, a company in the sales of Hygiene chemicals, Water treatment solutions, Irrigation supplies, Agro Chemical Products and Swimming Pool treatment is looking for a dynamic and self-motivated individual to join its existing team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Prepare purchase orders and follow up until storage as per established deadline.
Receive products and coordinate delivery.
Prepare accurate bills of lading.
Communicate with freight agents to ensure accurate shipment optimization.
Respond to supplier queries and refer to appropriate channels.
Perform regular inquiries into the availability of materials and rates with suppliers.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

Diploma in Logistics and Transport or equivalent.
At least 3 years working experience in a similar role.

OTHER PREREQUISITES

Good planning and coordinating skills.
Must be available to work odd hours and meet tight deadlines.
A team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
Being a Self-starter and self-motivated is critical.
Not allergic to chemicals.
