KEY PREQUISITES FOR SUCCESS

  • Lead IT project planning, execution, and monitoring, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors for seamless project implementation.
  • Utilize Agile SDLC methodologies for efficient project execution.
  • Prepare project reports and updates for stakeholders.
  • Ensure the smooth operation of loyalty platform systems and monitor performance.
  • Address technical issues in coordination with development and support teams.
  • Manage system updates and feature enhancements to maintain reliability and security.
  • Act as the escalation point for technical issues, ensuring prompt resolutions.
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation of systems and operational processes.
  • Collaborate with data teams to ensure data accuracy and support analytics projects.
  • Facilitate the creation of dashboards and reports for decision-making.
  • Oversee network infrastructure and manage security protocols.
  • Conduct regular security audits and implement robust measures.
  • Coordinate and delegate tasks to IT and support teams.
  • Provide technical guidance and foster a collaborative environment.
  • Identify opportunities for automation and process optimization.
  • Stay updated on industry trends to recommend advancements.
  • Communicate IT needs and solutions effectively with business stakeholders.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years in IT operations or software development with 2 years managing IT projects and operational teams.
  • Proficiency in database systems (MSSQL, PostgreSQL) and API integrations.
  • Familiarity with Agile tools like JIRA or Trello.
  • Knowledge of containerization (e.g., Docker) and virtualization technologies.
