IT Technician

BrandActiv is looking for dynamic and motivated new team member to support its IT department as IT Technician.

The job incumbent will be mainly required to

  • Configure, install, and maintain end-user devices ( e.g. laptops, mobile phones, printers)
  • Follow up and escalate issues on Help Desk
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
  • Troubleshoot network related issues
  • Maintain IT assets register
  • Perform software and hardware upgrades and apply patches
  • Provide first Level end-user support and training
  • Follow up with Suppliers for IT equipment procurement/repairs
  • Maintain CCTV systems

Qualifications & Experience

  • Diploma in Computer Studies, Information Technology or equivalent
  • Professional Certification such as A+ Hardware and Software, Office 365
  • Knowledge of Windows Domain environment would be an advantage
  • At least 2 years of Experience in IT operations/support

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Team player with strong ability to meet deadlines
  • Strong technical, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Possess a valid driving license
