IT Trainee

BrandActiv is looking for dynamic and motivated new team member to support its IT department as IT Trainee who shall be under the YEP Scheme for one year.

The job incumbent will be mainly required to:

First level support to end users
Hardware and Software installation and troubleshooting
Network support and troubleshooting
Maintain and update IT asset register
Manage Tickets through help desk software
Administrative tasks for the IT department

Qualifications & Experience

At least a diploma in information technology or equivalent
Good knowledge of Networks will be an advantage
A previous experience in a similar environment would constitute an advantage

Other Requisites

Highly motivated, disciplined, rigorous and result oriented
Good customer service and communication skills
Team player with strong abilities to meet deadlines
Strong technical, analytical and problem-solving skills
