Junior Internal Auditor

The Corporate center is looking for a Junior Internal Auditor who will assist the internal audit team in implementing the internal audit methodologies on all assignments

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform internal audit in accordance to the established methodology;
Collaborate with team to achieve the internal audit plan;
Demonstrate the right attitude to achieve the departmental goals;
Deliver well presented audit reports and be able to adapt to reporting requirements;
Ready to invest time to upheave the services;
Complete risk and control matrices and always keep well documented working papers;
Perform fieldwork as per established methodology and conduct specific tasks (such as gathering & analysis of data);

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

Partly qualified CIA / ACCA / ACA or equivalent;
First degree in Accounting / Banking / Finance or equivalent;
At least 6 months in accounting/internal/external auditing.

OTHER PREREQUISITES

Adherence to the professional code of ethics;
Agile team player;
Well organised and self-motivated;
Ability to build and maintain good relationship;
Ability to provide value added solutions/recommendations; and
Analytical thinker, rigorous with an eye for details to deliver consistently service of quality.
