Maintenance Supervisor

Reporting to the Operations Manager, the job incumbent will be mainly required to:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, supervise and attend to maintenance works and emergency call outs
  • Prepare planning for site activity
  • Monitor site progress and quality of works executed
  • Establish productivity targets with technical staff at operative level
  • Monitor all stock of spare parts, tools and equipment and ensure their safekeeping and proper usage
  • Supervise and motivate maintenance team and ensure high standards of performance at all times
  • Attend to customer queries promptly and efficiently
  • Check clients’ specifications

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or any equivalent qualifications
  • At least 2 – 3 years of working experience in Mechanical and Electrical services
  • Prior experience in HVAC & Electrical would be an advantage

Other Requisites:

  • Holder of a valid driving license
  • Good PR and communication skills
  • Flexible to work odd hours
