Arcadia Travel is recruiting a manager with industry experience to lead a motivated team. The manager shall play a strong role in maintaining and developing key relationships while creating new opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure that customers have a hassle free and memorable travel experience through the delivery of a consistent and excellent service.
Develop, implement, and manage travel policies, guidelines, and budget to ensure a risk-free travel to all clients.
Formulate learning plan and strategies to accelerate the development and growth of employees.
Administer and handle the daily operations effectively through the creation of a conducive work environment.
Put in place plans to maximise the revenue stream: devise and implement marketing strategies to secure additional contracts and boost profitability.
Prepare budget and ensure the maintenance of a sound client relationship to the satisfaction of all stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience

At least 5 years in a management role gained in the travel/hospitality industry.
Degree in management or any related field.
Previous experience in sales is a must.
Strong relationship management experience.

Other Requisites

Strong leadership qualities and management skills to lead, direct and influence positively a team.
Excellent attention to details.
Ability to demonstrate creativity.
