Arcadia Travel is recruiting a manager with industry experience to lead a motivated team. The manager shall play a strong role in maintaining and developing key relationships while creating new opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure that customers have a hassle free and memorable travel experience through the delivery of a consistent and excellent service.
  • Develop, implement, and manage travel policies, guidelines, and budget to ensure a risk-free travel to all clients.
  • Formulate learning plan and strategies to accelerate the development and growth of employees.
  • Administer and handle the daily operations effectively through the creation of a conducive work environment.
  • Put in place plans to maximise the revenue stream: devise and implement marketing strategies to secure additional contracts and boost profitability.
  • Prepare budget and ensure the maintenance of a sound client relationship to the satisfaction of all stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience

  • At least 5 years in a management role gained in the travel/hospitality industry.
  • Degree in management or any related field.
  • Previous experience in sales is a must.
  • Strong relationship management experience.

  • Excellent attention to details.
  • Ability to demonstrate creativity.
