Operations Manager – MS Home Solutions

Reporting to the COO, the ideal candidate will be a highly customer-centric leader capable of articulating and implementing a compelling vision for an elevated customer experience in the B2C sphere.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to analyze clients needs in the ‘domestic construction’ market segment
  • Identify potential market opportunities and devise strategies to grow revenue and profitability
  • Manage site teams profitably and ensure that projects are completed safely within budgets and time allowed
  • Prepare and submit business plan and annual budgets to Management
  • Recruit and select teams at operative & supervisory level for project execution
  • Devise incentive schemes with the Human Capital department to encourage staff retention
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure performance of teams
  • Train operatives to increase efficiency and ensure cross-functional training
  • Devise a system to measure customer satisfaction and receive feedback
  • Set up an online platform to manage customers enquiries and requests for quotations
  • Evaluate the feasibility and potential risk assessment of projects
  • Promote a culture of entrepreneurship and encourage employees to generate and pursue innovative ideas

Qualifications & Experience

  • Master’s degree in management or a related field
  • 5 years of experience in managing a startup or proven experience in the construction sector
  • Customer centric with exceptional project management and leadership skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills
  • At ease with digital channels in designing an enhanced customer experience
