Pharmacy Assistant

MedActiv is currently seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Pharmacy Assistant to support the Registered Pharmacist in the preparation and distribution of medications, and other pharmaceutical and wellness products to customers.

The job incumbent will be mainly required to:

Key Responsibilities

Carry out routine dispensing within the parameters of practice.
Maintain an excellent standard of care and quality service for customers.
Ensure that stock control and other administrative tasks are done effectively.
Adhere to any corporate policies, processes and relevant legal requirements.

Qualifications & Experience

School Certificate or Higher School Certificate.
At least 1 year of experience in a similar position.

Other Requisites

Ability to work on flexible hours and during weekends.
Being agile to switch between pharmacies to provide assistance as and when required.
Clear and strong communication skills.
Excellent planning and organisational skills.
Problem-solving skills and committed to a dynamic approach of working.
Computer literate.
