Pharmacy Attendant

MedActiv is looking for a Pharmacy Attendant to provide assistance with the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy.

 

The job incumbent will be mainly required to:

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect orders from suppliers as and when required.
  • Monitor the pricing, expiration date and quantity of all incoming and outgoing orders.
  • Verify that the required number of products has been placed on the shelves as recommended by a planogram.
  • Ensure that the products are well displayed at all times.
  • Conduct day-time rounds to spot and deter thieves in the front shop.
  • Adhere to any corporate policies, processes and relevant legal requirements.

Qualifications & Experience

  • School Certificate or Higher School Certificate.
  • 1 year of experience in a related field.

Other Requisites

  • Ability to work on flexible hours and during weekends.
  • Being agile to switch between pharmacies to provide assistance as and when required.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Innovative, autonomous and self-motivated.
  • Holder of a valid driving license.
