Project Planner – Interiors Sites

Reporting to the Operations Manager of MS Interiors Sites, the job incumbent will be mainly required to:

Key Responsibilities

  • Outline the scope of projects, including determining the start and delivery dates
  • Create and define project goals and objectives
  • Analyze each phase of projects to determine budgets
  • Track project costs and ensure implementation stays within predicted estimates
  • Estimate the project timeline and make sure teams adhere to delivery dates
  • Identify and evaluate the risks that can derail project delivery and provide solutions to prevent them
  • Provide reports on deviations from the original project plan that can lead to serious delays and budget overruns
  • Prepare and present the internal and external project reports to the direct manager, Top Management and clients if needed
  • Identify and communicate changes in the project plan to the team and clients
  • Document and maintain records on project scheduling processes

Qualifications & Experience

  • BSc in Construction Project Management or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years’ experience working in the construction sector
  • Proven proficiency in developing protocols and procedures
  • Proven proficiency in using Microsoft Project software
  • Solid communication and interpersonal skills

Other Requisites

  • Be ready to work at odd hours and intervene on any day of the week
