Property Technician

Bloomage is looking for a dynamic and dedicated Property Technician to join its team. The Property Technician will play a vital role in providing technical support and assistance in the management and maintenance of properties.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out regular property inspections and ensure that maintenance issues are identified and addressed promptly.
Ensure that equipment is serviced as per agreed plans and/or schedules and that they are in good working condition.
Perform routine repairs and maintenance on plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC (Heating Ventilation Air Conditioning) systems, and general building infrastructure.
Respond to emergency repair calls and provide on-site support when necessary.
Manage and resolve tenant issues related to property maintenance, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Maintain a good working relationship with tenants, contractors, suppliers, and site workers.
Ensure that properties are safe and void of any danger to their occupants, visitors, and workers at all times.

Qualifications & Experience

National Trade Certificate (NTC) 3 or equivalent in electrical installation, electronics, plumbing or HVAC.
A minimum of 3 years’ experience in general maintenance.
Basic computer skills and knowledge MS Office.

Other prerequisites

Proven experience in property maintenance or a similar technical field.
Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical and general building maintenance.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communications skills and customer-focused attitude.
Detail-oriented and ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines.
Good work ethics and organizational skills.
