Sales and Supply Chain Executive

A state of the art factory in production of marine ingredients for local and international market is looking for dynamic and motivated individuals.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate throughout the entire sales-shipment cycle to optimize processes and customer satisfaction;
Work alongside the trading manager to execute tasks daily and strengthen existing client relationships;
Oversee local logistics operations from production until delivery to port is completed, liaising with service providers and ensuring operational efficiency and customer contentment;
Handle customer complaints, escalate when necessary and manage end-to-end communication during the shipment cycle while providing continuous client support;
Be ready to step into the role of Trading Manager or Head of Department in their absence;

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or Business Administration;
Proven track record in logistics and sales, with the focus on exceptional customer service;
