Sales Assistant – Agro

Blychem Ltd, a company in the sales of Hygiene chemicals, Water treatment solutions, Irrigation supplies, Agro Chemical Products and Swimming Pool treatment is looking for a dynamic and self-motivated individual to join its existing team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Answer and direct customer queries to team members.
- Record all customer requests.
- Liaise with customers for quote follow up, orders and deliveries.
- Follow up on invoicing and deliveries with the logistic team.
- Maintain filing system and contact listing.
- Apply permits with relevant authorities and institutions.
- Organize and schedule meetings or presentations.
- Prepare reports as and when required.
- Assist the senior sales manager in stock management.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- HSC holder or Diploma in administration.
- At least 2-3 years of working experience in a similar role within a commercial environment.
- Proficient in Ms office applications.
OTHER PREREQUISITES
- Good planning and coordinating skills.
- Must be available to work odd hours and meet tight deadlines.
- A team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Being a Self-starter and self-motivated is critical.
- Not allergic to chemicals.
