Sales Coordinator

We are actively looking for a reliable and trustworthy Sales Coordinator who will work closely with the current team in place.

Reporting to the Key Account Manager, the job incumbent will be mainly required to:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct and present price surveys in collaboration with sales staff;
  • Keep updated on market evolution;
  • Actively participate in sales meeting and do the follow of all points discussed in the meeting;
  • Prepare sales analysis report as and when required;
  • Follow up of all marketing invoices and ensure timely processing of same for prompt payment by accounts dept;
  • Perform field visit alongside sales team as and when required.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • Degree in Sales/Marketing or any other equivalent
  • At least 2 years of experience in a sales-driven environment

OTHER PREREQUISITES

  • Good communication skills
  • Customer focused
  • Ability to work on long and odd hours
  • Good report writing skills
  • Computer literate and at ease with Microsoft Office, Excel and Powerpoint
  • Holder of a valid driving license
