Sales Coordinator

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Coordinator who shall be responsible for providing excellent customer service and be at ease with market research. The ideal candidate for this position should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational and analytical skills, and the ability to multitask.

 

Reporting to the Sales & Marketing Manager, the job incumbent will be mainly required to:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prepare quotes and follow up on client’s orders.
  • Provide excellent customer service in terms of freight forwarding.
  • Build a strong relationship with key customers.
  • Carry out market research and telemarketing.
  • Perform sales visits.
  • Perform any other cognate duties as may be assigned and as and when required.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum HSC.
  • Diploma in Sales & Marketing would be a definite advantage.
  • At least 1 year’ experience in a similar role.
  • Knowledge of import & export procedures would be an advantage.

OTHER PREREQUISITES

  • Excellent communication and organization skills.
  • Well versed in English & French.
  • Good selling skills.
  • Good time management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and deliver results.
  • Attention to details.
  • Driving License would be an advantage.
