Sales Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing sales strategies, and maintaining strong relationships with clients in the logistics sector.

 

Reporting to the Sales & Marketing Manager, the job incumbent will be mainly required to:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals.
  • Generate leads and proactively reach out to prospects through calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
  • Demonstrate and present products to potential clients, showcasing their benefits and value.
  • Attend trade exhibitions, conferences, and meetings to network and identify new business opportunities to expand the company’s client base.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and contracts.
  • Regularly review sales performance and adjust strategies to meet targets.
  • Negotiate contracts and packages, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Handle and resolve client queries and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Prepare and draft proposals and quotes tailored to client needs.
  • Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Create and maintain detailed customer relationship management (CRM) data.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably within the logistics sector.
