Station Supervisor

The Aviation team is looking for a dedicated airline Station Supervisor who shall be responsible for the quality and safety of flights and customers, ensuring compliance with punctuality and safety instructions.

The role also includes cargo and baggage management, as well as the various services provided to passengers at each stopover.

Key Responsibilities

o oversee the smooth operations of all flights
To ensure that all flight planning activities follow the Standard Operating Procedures [ SOPs] and meet established standards
Work closely with the authorities to resolve any flight operations issues and liaise with airline representatives, airport agencies and authorities
Carry out regular checks and investigates reasons for safety and security breaches
Work in shifts to accommodate round-the-clock flight arrivals and departures
Excellent understanding of flight watching and flight following systems to administer flight operations and understand the needs of stakeholders to develop good working relationships.
Any other cognate duties as may be required

Qualifications & Experience

Minimum HSC
3 to 5 years of experience in Airport administration/operations or a related field with at least 1 year in supervisory level
Computer Literate

Other Requisites

Good communication skills (Fluent in English & French)

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
