Supply Chain Coordinator

HealthActiv is currently looking for a Supply Chain Coordinator who will be responsible for managing the end-to-end flow of goods, ensuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness and reliability throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities

Procurement: Purchase of products from preferred suppliers and ensure timely delivery of goods.
Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, including analysis of demand forecasts, and follow up on inventory control measures implemented.
Logistics Management: Schedule shipments and coordinate the transportation of goods.
Cost Management: Monitor and control costs throughout the supply chain, including transportation and procurement costs.
Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze supply chain data to generate reports and make informed decisions on supply chain strategy.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards, such as import and export regulations, and industry-specific standards.
Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments within the organization to ensure the alignment of supply chain activities with the overall business objectives.

Qualifications & Experience

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in one of the following fields: Logistics, Transportation, Supply Chain Management or Business Administration.
At least 3 years of experience in Logistics or Supply Chain Management (in the medical or pharmaceutical field will be a distinct advantage).

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong sense of ethics and team spirit.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
